Two employees towed a stuck forklift out of the dirt with another forklift. The injured employee got out of the stuck forklift and started removing the tow chain that connected the two forklifts. The other forklift jumped backwards, pinning the injured employee between the two forklifts and causing broken ribs and bruising to internal organs.
